I recently hosted a baby shower here and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The space itself was beautifully decorated and had a warm, inviting atmosphere with enough room for all of our guests to mingle comfortably. It was perfect for celebrating such a special occasion.

The house was top-notch, with plenty of seating for all of our guests and a spacious kitchen layout for food arrangements. The location was easy for everyone to find and park. Our guests were blown away by the beautiful setting.

Bobbie Jo is super friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for the day.

I would definitely recommend this event space for anyone looking to host any type of gathering. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We had the absolute best experience hosting our event at Bobby Jo’s beautiful home. The space is simply stunning — whether you’re using the house, the pool, or both (as we did), it’s the perfect backdrop for any gathering. Every detail felt thoughtful and elegant, and the layout worked seamlessly for our group.

Bobby Jo was an incredible host, warm, responsive, and so helpful with anything we needed. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and welcoming, but this was exactly that. Everyone in attendance had nothing but glowing things to say, and we couldn’t imagine a better place to celebrate such a special moment.

If you’re looking for a venue that’s both gorgeous and guest-ready, this is it. We don’t often host events like this, but when we do again — there’s no question, we’d book here in a heartbeat.

Bobbie Jo was nothing short of AMAZING, and the entire party absolutely LOVED her! I hosted a graduation celebration, and from beginning to end, Bobbie Jo was incredibly responsive, warm, hospitable, friendly, loving, and deeply understanding. She encouraged us to have a great time, and her energy set the tone for a beautiful gathering!

The space itself is incredible—honestly, you don’t need to do much decorating at all, especially if you’re going for that intimate, homey, family cookout vibe. But if you’re planning a themed event and want to go all out with decorations, the space is super flexible and easy to transform—just make sure you have the support you need to flip it and return the space back to its original form.

There’s plenty of parking, the option to cook on-site, and you can even request a game setup, which was such a fun touch. Bobbie Jo came fully prepared to serve, and we appreciated her presence and support SO much.

I would 100% rebook with Bobbie Jo for any future events—she’s absolutely worth it, and so is the space!

Everything about this venue and host is 11/10! I reserved this space for an intimate 50-person wedding and my (now) husband and I could not have had a better experience. We are originally from TX and took the risk to reserve without visiting the house until day of the wedding. From the very start, the host Bobbie Jo was incredibly helpful and accomodating. She gave us a Facetime walk through before us booking to make sure it was what we were looking for. She continued to check in with us leading up to wedding day to see if there was anything we needed from her. Week of, the forecast showed very heavy rainstorms and checked in on us, even offering to have us bring decorations the night before to avoid any rain. When we walked into the venue, our jaws dropped! It was even better, beautiful, and bigger than the pictures. It was pouring rain, so instead of setting up the chairs in the grass like we planned, we were able to set up all chairs in the covered awning in the backyard. Bobbie Jo continued to be the amazingly gracious hostess she is and made sure we had everything we needed for clean up and left safely before the tornado watch came into effect that afternoon. We could not have had a better experience!!

Such a beautiful venue! Breathtaking views, nice heated pool, and very spacious for any gathering. And Bobbie is such an amazing host. We really enjoyed Sunset Hill- we will definitely be back. Thanks again!

Don't walk... RUN to book this venue! I booked Sunset Hill for my mom's surprise 70th birthday party, where we were also celebrating her recent victory over breast cancer! I cannot adequately describe in words how magical my experience was. Not only did I fall in love with the serene hilltop location views, but the beautifully appointed interior & exterior spaces were so meticulously planned with fellowship & celebration in mind. And most of all, I was blown away by the warm, genuine connection I felt with Ms. Bobbi Jo. Her spirit & hospitality were the pièce de résistance of the evening. This event venue was the absolute perfect space to create an unforgettable core memory for my family! I would be remiss not to mention how seamless the process was from planning to execution. This was my first time event planning, & I live in Los Angeles... but Ms. Bobbi Jo made my experience so easy to navigate, & I was fully confident that I found the perfect venue & host. 10/10 recommend!!!!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here at Sunset Hill. I had my bridal prep party & wedding here. Nothing short of amazing. The place is very clean, the host are very welcoming and accommodating. I’d choose here 10x over for my special day! Don’t hesitate… the outdoor views are simply stunning and I still get compliments to this day on how elegant everything was :)

Sunset Hill was the perfect venue for our graduation party and would be a great venue for any occasion! Guests can mingle comfortably, party food lays out perfectly on the large island, and the venue is truly breathtaking. The outdoor area gives you plenty of options, rain or shine. The host is gracious, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure your special occasion is perfect! Thank you Sunset Hill! We will certainly be back in the future!

Beautiful venue with a fantastic host!

I recently attended a baby shower at Bobbi Jo’s venue, and it was absolutely perfect! From the beginning, Bobbi Jo was wonderful with communication—so friendly, responsive, and professional. The venue itself was breathtaking—words can hardly describe its beauty. It was easy to find, and the space had plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, comfortably accommodating around 40 guests. Bobbi Jo made sure we knew where everything was and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Her Versatile and Cozy Venue for Intimate Gatherings truly lives up to its name. It was the perfect setting for such a special celebration, and I would highly recommend it for any intimate event or get-together!

Our experience was simply amazing! Before arriving, the host was always very pleasant and helpful. She and her husband assisted us from start to finish. The house was beautiful inside and out. Our family loved the outside area and the pool. It was just what we hoped for. Despite the numerous hiccups that we incurred coming to the area and trying to identify a place to host our reunion, God had already identified the perfect place for us. We loved it! The entire experience was amazingly refreshing and exciting. It was an unforgettable time for all of us. Thanks again for making us feel right at home!

The space was great. Big enough for all of our guests yet intimate enough to where we all still felt together. The host was extremely accommodating with any and everything we needed. Bobbie Jo was so nice and sweet. I would definitely recommend.

The pool was a definite highlight — crystal clear, the perfect temperature, and such a great atmosphere for relaxing and having fun. Great venue! Very flexible to meet our needs in hosting a friend’s reunion party. We were close to everything….from downtown Nashville and golf course.

I chose this venue for a surprise birthday brunch pool party, let’s just say I’m so happy I went with Bobbi Jo. Bobbi Jo was an incredible/amazing host, she was there to help with any and everything, from assisting with setting up, decorating the entire venue, setting up the pool for use at the last minute. I wouldn’t have been able to pull it off with the help of Bobbi Jo. She was beyond helpful, I could tell everything she did was from a pure and genuine place in her heart. No matter what issue or curveball that was thrown my way in the planning process, Bobbi Jo was there to put on her cape and come to the rescue. The venue was astounding from the views, there was more than enough space for guest, we had a lot of parking and everything felt so homely. I would highly recommend booking with Bobbi Jo with whatever event you’re planning the warm embrace I received from Bobbi Jo was the icing on the cake.

We rented this place for a gender reveal for our son and daughter-in-law. It was by far the best place we could have had it. From the first time I contacted Bobby Jo it was such a great experience. She not only rented us a beautiful place she even helped up set up. We were so impressed with how sweet and personable she was we insisted she stay for the party. All who attended were in awe of the beauty of this place and the kindness of Bobby Jo. You cannot go wrong to rent this place. Thank you Bobby Jo for making this gender reveal a time to remember.
