Step inside and be greeted by sweeping views through an 18-foot accordion door that opens to a spacious covered patio perfect for effortless indoor-outdoor gatherings. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas, creating a warm, inviting space complete with cozy oversized seating.

Time Requirements
All events must begin and conclude at the scheduled times, which include set-up, breakdown, and cleanup. Please plan accordingly, as additional charges will apply for events that extend beyond the reserved timeframe.
End on Time
The event must conclude at the designated end time to adhere to the venue schedule. Additional time will be charged for your event.

Venue Rental Terms & Insurance Info
We are simply renting our space to you for you to host your event. You are responsible for all party details, including but not limited to food, drinks, serving utensils, cups, decorations, etc.
If you need help with any of that, reach out to us, and we can discuss your needs. *Each event is required to provide a COI (certificate of insurance), which can be purchased through www.eventhelper.com, your personal company, or Kayla Copeland at 615-526-1966.
